The cupboard is bare at NEP Visions!
Despite the recession, the cupboard is bare at NEP Visions in Staines this weekend where every one of their extensive fleet of Outside Broadcast production units is out on the road to cover a range of events around Great Britain (see images attached and below).
The fleet of OB trucks are at the following locations:
- Scotland to cover the T in the Park music Festival and the British Open Golf at Turnberry (seven trucks)
- Sheffield to film the Schools Athletics for SKY (two units)
- Cardiff to cover The Ashes for Channel 5
- Newmarket races covering the July Festival
- Birmingham for the Aviva World Trials & UK World Athletics Championships
The only vehicle not technically on a job at time of press is on its way to Rome to cover the FINA World Swimming Championships for NBC and will return in August to start work alongside seven other trucks on the Premiership Football for SKY.
